A.Yes, we provide delivery services throughout Sussex and WI. Delivery fees vary based on the location and size of the order. Contact our team for detailed pricing.
Q.Can I view items before renting?
A.If you order something custom made than we can arrange for you to see the item otherwise our equipment is in working order and safe for renting. If it is something your guests will see, we make it our pride to have our equipment looking above average.
Q.What if an item gets damaged during my event?
A.While we understand accidents happen, clients are responsible for any damages or loss during the rental period. Fees for damages will vary based on the item's replacement or repair cost. We do also offer a damage wavier that covers most accidents.
Q.How long is the rental period?
A.We take pride in being able to offer 1 day and 3-day rentals. When you're checking out you can select what you are looking for. If you prefer longer than 3 days, please let our office know what you're looking for. We would love to accommodate all our client's needs.
Q.Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?
A.We aim to offer flexibility. Changes can be made up to a certain date before your event. However, last-minute changes might be subject to availability and potential fees. Please reach out as soon as you know of any adjustments.
